- ➤ In 2025, 55 new business locations opened across 28 municipalities in central Pa, including several in Harrisburg, offering a range of services from healthcare, retail, housing, and pet care. The openings have boosted local consumer choices & strengthened community options. PennLive
- ➤ Great Dane, a trailer manufacturer from Georgia, will lay off 164 workers at its facility in Ralpho Township in Northumberland County starting Feb. 2 over a 14 day period due to current market conditions. The company said the cuts are expected to be temporary. PennLive
