- ➤ On Saturday, the Chris Handles Franklin Foundation gave away 350 turkeys at three sites—Camp Curtin YMCA in Harrisburg, the Senior Life Center in Steelton and the Edgemont Fire Hall in Susquehanna Township. Franklin, a former Harlem Globetrotter and current head coach who partnered with GIANT Foods, said the event helped families in need ahead of Thanksgiving. ABC27
- ➤ Former Colonial Park Fire Assistant Chief Robert Coburn died on Nov. 14 at 79. His funeral was held Saturday at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Harrisburg — family and colleagues honored his 55 years of service as a firefighter and safety teacher. ABC27
