- ➤ Harrisburg city leaders launched a monthly program to offer free dinners for families affected by SNAP benefit cuts using meals prepared by local restaurants at the Public Works Building, with City Councilman Ralph Rodriguez leading the effort. - ➤ Franklin and Marshall College said that utility crews fixed a transformer that malfunctioned along Harrisburg Pike Saturday, causing scattered power outages on campus and in nearby neighborhoods. They added that a planned two‐hour outage—announced 30 minutes in advance—was used to complete repairs while the Ben Franklin Dining Hall stayed open and residence halls were prioritized for power restoration.
