- ➤ Oxford Hall Celtic Shop in New Cumberland will celebrate 40 years in November as owner Cindy Washburn honors Irish heritage — the shop has grown from a small 600 square foot store to a 2,700 square foot hub that features a cozy café and a wide range of Irish imports for visitors from nearby areas.
