- ➤ The Pennsylvania Department of Aging launched C-Screen—a web tool that screens and rates in-home care agencies—to improve safety and transparency for older adults. - ➤ Federal food program recipients in Pennsylvania will not receive November SNAP payments because the U.S. Department of Agriculture ordered the halt due to the government shutdown entering its third week.
