  • A Columbia County farm will deliver thousands of pounds of fresh produce to families in need on Monday, Oct. 13 at Upper Dauphin Area Middle School in Upper Dauphin County. The free event will run from 2 to 5 p.m. (partnered by Brian Campbell Farms, Highmark Wholecare, the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, and Upper Dauphin Area School District) (also offering Medicaid renewal help and community resource advice).  FOX43
  • The Spring Grove wrestling community held a clinic to honor fallen officer Cody Becker—former wrestler and volunteer coach—by raising funds for his family. Although the clinic has ended, donations are still being accepted to support Becker’s loved ones.  WGAL

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Hersheypark’s Wild Mouse ride stopped mid-run when a guest’s dropped sweatshirt got lodged under its wheel—safety systems brought the ride to a controlled halt and workers evacuated the riders before removing the obstruction and returning the ride to service.  PennLive
