  • A lifelike statue of Medal of Honor recipient Randall Shughart now tops a memorial in West Pennsboro Township Park that honors special forces from Operation Gothic Serpent—active in October 1993—in his Newville hometown. ENVIRONMENT NEWS

  • Capital Region Water said customers may notice a change in taste for their drinking water next week as it begins maintenance on its primary supply — the DeHart Reservoir, switching to water from the Susquehanna River for several weeks. The company stressed that water quality will meet all federal and state standards during the project.  FOX43
