- ➤ Kidpreneurs Fair will be held at Messiah University and will feature over 100 young entrepreneurs ages 5 to 15 showcasing handmade treasures and innovative services—more than 700 shoppers are expected to attend. Central Penn Business Journal
- ➤ Moonlight Cafe in Dover is holding a fundraiser to support families of five officers who were killed or critically injured during a warrant service in North Codorus Township on Sept. 17th—20% of all sales on Tuesday, Sept. 23rd and 20% of gift card purchases from Sept. 18th to Sept. 25th will be donated. - ➤ Stealey’s Tavern opened this past weekend at 204 Verbeke St. in Midtown after major renovations on the former Shady McGrady’s—offering a large menu with sandwiches, cheesesteaks, smash burgers, tacos, and pizzas while featuring arcade games and themed decor to create a community-oriented venue with enhanced safety measures. - ➤ PennDOT posted plans online that detail the replacement of the Cameron Street Bridge over Asylum Run between Maclay Street/Arsenal Road and Muench Street. The design project will keep one lane open during construction in 2028—29 and is open for public comment through Oct. 18. TheBurg
- ➤ Lower Paxton Township officials and PennDOT announced plans to add clear truck signage and study truck restrictions to protect the Linglestown roundabout from repeated curb damage by tractor-trailers.
