- ➤ Former assistant director of nursing Eliut Lopez-Enriquez pleaded guilty in March 2023 to abusing 80-year-old Edward Scott at Gardens of Blue Ridge nursing home in Dauphin County and now faces up to two years in jail—Scott, a double-amputee with a severe back ulcer, died two months later.
