- ➤ Country singer Shania Twain and the Shania Twain Foundation will donate $25,000 to the Hershey Food Bank during her concert at Hersheypark Stadium on July 26 at 7:30 p.m. The donation will cover about 11% of the food bank's food purchases and help 347 families in the region + support ongoing relief efforts. - ➤ A $15B joint venture between Pennsylvania Data Center Partners and PowerHouse Data Centers will build three AI data center campuses in Central PA that will offer up to 1.8 GW of capacity and generate more than $65M in tax revenue for local communities — the project is expected to create high-skill jobs and improve local infrastructure. - ➤ Thirty-four commercial real estate deals in eight central Pa. counties have been completed, featuring retail, office & industrial spaces; the transactions include Buffalo Wild Wings Go leasing space at a local shopping center and a home remodeling company relocating its showroom in Hampden Township among several other deals.
