- ➤ Emergency responders were dispatched around 1:45 p.m. Friday to Swatara Creek in Dauphin County after reports of multiple people falling into the water behind the 600 block of Whitetail Drive + rescue teams reached the creek by 2:15 p.m. with injury details remaining unknown. PennLive

- ➤ Rite Aid announced on Thursday that its store at 3601 Walnut Street in Susquehanna Township will close as part of its bankruptcy filing + this is the 12th closure in Dauphin County amid plans to shutter over 1,184 stores nationwide.
