ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A passenger vehicle crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer near the Grantville exit on I-81 around 3 a.m.—the southbound lanes stayed closed for more than two hours until just before 7 a.m. and one person died. PennLive

- ➤ Former Dauphin County Judge Sonya McKnight was sentenced to 13½ to 30 years in prison for shooting her ex-boyfriend while he slept at his Susquehanna Township home in February 2024—she was convicted of attempted murder and aggravated assault and is permanently barred from holding public office. - ➤ On May 17, Pennsylvania farmers received a boost as the Shapiro Administration doubled Farm Vitality Grants to up to $15K, covering 75% of planning costs to help farms expand or transition ownership — a move designed to strengthen farm business plans and rural communities.
