- ➤ Rep. Nate Davidson secured a $25,000 grant to restore the Peffer Street Pollinator Garden, which was wrecked by a construction vehicle on December 20. The garden will be rebuilt with new protective fencing and upgrades under the City Beautiful H2O Program—work is set to begin soon. PennLive

- ➤ The Steelton—Highspire School District unveiled a rendering of a new stadium revitalization project on Thursday, outlining a three-phase plan that will upgrade sports and educational facilities for student athletes and community members. Shapiro urged lawmakers to pass the Health System Protection Act to stop private equity from harming Pennsylvania hospitals by banning sale-leaseback deals and giving the Attorney General power to block risky acquisitions — lawmakers will vote on the bill in early June to protect patients, workers, and community care.
