- ➤ The 57th annual Artsfest will be held downtown from May 24 to 26 along Front Street and Riverfront Park, featuring 25 food trucks serving items like cheesesteaks, lobster, tacos and ice cream along with live music, 170 juried artists and a Kidsfest. A beer and wine garden with local breweries and wineries will also be available for visitors. PennLive

- ➤ GHAR released its April housing report that showed the highest active housing inventory in five years across Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry counties, with new listings surging and median home prices rising sharply+ pending sales dropped slightly. - ➤ Local leaders and the Shapiro Administration celebrated a $500K state grant to the Broad Street Market that will fund HVAC and insulation upgrades and improve food access and vendor stability. - ➤ Two tribal nations — Wichita Tribe and Washoe Tribe — filed a lawsuit on May 22 alleging that the federal government misused tribal trust funds to pay for boarding schools where Native children were systematically abused, and they are asking a Pennsylvania court to account for about $23.3 billion used in these programs.
