- ➤ The Tri-County Regional Planning Commission + Uber + Commute PA will offer $20 non-renewable Uber vouchers in Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry counties from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m. May 23 to May 25 to help cut down on drunk driving over Memorial Day weekend; the voucher does not include a tip for drivers.
