- ➤ The two pre-demolition tours of old William Penn High School scheduled for May 18 were cancelled after a fee dispute arose when the Historic Harrisburg Association planned a $30 ticket charge. - ➤ State Rep. Thomas Mehaffie III (House Bill 2440) has proposed expanding deer baiting to private property statewide, extending current rules from five counties.
