  • PowerHouse Data Centers and Pennsylvania Data Center Partners will pitch a proposal for a data center in Monroe Township on June 11. They aim to develop a 105-acre site near Meadows of Ashcombe — a plan that requires a zoning change amid local concerns.  PennLive
  • Babst Calland’s Harrisburg office has grown its legal team to serve corporate, energy, environmental, and public sector clients in federal and state courts across Central Pennsylvania.   • Rebecca Conner, a 2024 graduate of Harrisburg University, is pursuing a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry at University of Tennessee, Knoxville. GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Harrisburg's school board approved over $6.8 million in contracts Tuesday to demolish the William Penn High School campus at North Third and Division Street using Keystone Purchasing Network discount to manage asbestos oversight. The board also proposed a property tax increase (2%-3%) to address a projected budget deficit.  PennLive
  • State lawmakers in Harrisburg are pushing bills that require specialized Alzheimer’s training for first responders — a measure designed to help nearly 300,000 Pennsylvanians. The proposals are under review and could be implemented soon.  FOX43
  • Drivers are experiencing delays on Route 11/15 and I-81 in East Pennsboro Township as PennDOT continues its pavement preservation project that began on March 23; temporary detours and lane changes (including adjusted turn restrictions) are in effect until work is complete by June 15.  Local 21 News
