- ➤ Steelton police said that on March 7 a 1-year-old girl died from a fentanyl overdose when pills were found in plain view, leading Dauphin County parents Debra Burnett (28) and Fritz Volcy (26) to face third-degree murder and child endangerment charges as investigators found other drugs throughout the home.
