- ➤ Attorneys from the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office said they focused on suspect Cody Balmer's mental health after he was arrested for firebombing the governor's residence on Sunday while Governor Shapiro and his family slept—his legal team filed a petition to delay his probable cause hearing until his competency is reviewed.
