CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Two people died in a fire in Lower Paxton Township Sunday morning; police said Gary Gibson was killed and Alysse Saucedo took her own life in a murder+suicide before the fire started, with a handgun registered to Saucedo found near her body and four dogs dying while three escaped. ABC27
- ➤ An Elizabethville woman, Samantha Pack, was charged with third-degree murder after police said she supplied drugs that led to Ronald Martin Jr.'s fatal overdose in an Enola motel room on December 27—she faces additional charges for drug delivery resulting in death and involuntary manslaughter. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ PennDOT, DEP, and Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful are inviting volunteers to join the Pick Up Pennsylvania cleanup effort running through April 30. Registered events held until May 31 will receive free trash disposal and supplies — which help clean roads, parks, and waterways — to protect local water quality. WGAL

- ➤ Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas urged ICE to pause deportations of Bhutanese refugees after at least 18 individuals from the community were deported from Pennsylvania since March 26. He said the pause is needed until the safety and security of deportees can be independently verified—especially as many have been left stateless after arriving in Bhutan. WITF
