- ➤ Harrisburg University and Select Medical unveiled a new Doctor of Physical Therapy program at UPMC Health Sciences Tower on Thursday. The hybrid program lets working professionals earn their degree while staying in their community. FOX43
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Maintenance crews will patch pavement on the John Harris Memorial Bridge + the ramp to I-283 at the Eisenhower Interchange on Saturday, Mar. 28 and Sunday, Mar. 29; PennDOT advises drivers to follow detour routes and expect delays. WGAL
- ➤ Harrisburg officials report that a court-appointed receiver’s revitalization plan is making progress at the Governor’s Square housing complex, with eight units restored and eight more expected by Memorial Day — though several homes remain boarded up. Local 21 News
- ➤ Drivers on Route 30 should plan for overnight repairs as PDOT will begin work on eastbound lanes in Hellam Township at 7 p.m. Sunday. Work will continue until mid-summer and then switch to westbound lanes, with barrier work on the Cool Springs Road bridge through late spring. PennLive
