  • On Tuesday, Harrisburg public works crews cleared downtown streets after Sunday's heavy snowstorm while residents in Midtown and Uptown struggled with slow progress on neighborhood roads. Parking tickets will not be issued until 8 a.m. on Thursday as crews work in frigid conditions.  WGAL
