About this event

~5.5 miles. Blue 15 to yellow (horseshoe) 13-5-9-6-3 trails. Actual distance and route subject to change based on day-of weather and trail conditions.

There are portable toilet facilities in the parking lot. There should also be a portable toilet midway.

Please bring your own water and energy snack and first aid kit. I always strongly encourage bringing hiking poles. Please be sure to familiarize yourself with the route and terrain to make sure this hike is within your capabilities.

It is hunting season so please remember to wear blaze orange or some other high viz clothing.

After hike coffee/lunch: If we get done in time some of us may want to try getting individual tables of 3-5 at the Porch and Pantry in Mount Gretna. They close at 1:00. If that does not work out, some may wish to try The Hideaway in Mount Gretna or Colebrook Tavern in Colebrook.
