About this event
Practice mindfulness and well-being techniques while gazing at the night sky. This program will be led by a certified facilitator through the International Astronomical Union Office of Astronomy for Development (IAU OAD). The IAU OAD's mission is to improve mental health and well-being through the use of astronomy.
Meet on the Mansion Lawn.
Dress for the outdoors and bring a lawn chair or blanket. Binoculars are optional for stargazing.
