About this event
When we encounter Mary in the opening chapter of Luke’s Gospel (Luke 1:26–56), we meet a young woman whose life is about to change in ways she could never have imagined. An angel arrives with extraordinary news, and Mary responds with questions, wonder, and ultimately, words of trust: “Let it be with me according to your word.”
This Advent, we invite you to set aside a few hours to spend time with Mary’s story as we listen more deeply to the familiar words of Scripture, making room to consider what her experience might teach us about the surprising ways God meets us in our lives.
