About this event

Robert and Andrew are sharing great French dishes from Reims (Champagne) and Paris from their trip in October and some of the great foods they enjoyed during a cooking class. Join us as we taste 5 courses that will include:

Welcome Biscuit Roses de Reims served with Champagne

1st Course

Soup au Champignons (mushroom soup)

2nd Course

French Country Salad

arugula | asparagus | beets | walnuts | goat cheese | lemon vinaigrette

3rd Course

Coquilles ST Jacques

scallops | shrimp | mushrooms | white wine | carrots | onion } sour cream | garlic | parsley | butter

4th Course

Chateaubriand

beef tenderloin | shallots | red wine | chicken broth | rosemary | lemon juice | thyme

5th Course

French Hot Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse

Wines will be available for purchase at the event along with our full cocktail and beer menu. Price is $70 and includes tip for the dinner. The optional Wine pairing is $26. Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable.
