Program: "Hands-On Still Life and Macro Shoot"

This program will be a hands-on session featuring still life setups and macro subjects. Dramatic lighting will be available to illuminate the still life setups. A macro lens is the easiest way to achieve macro magnification; but closeup lenses, extension tubes, and reversing adapters for mounting a reversed lens will be provided to increase the magnification of ordinary lenses (primes often work best). Many of the accessories use the M42 screw mount, but adapters will be available to convert Nikon and Canon mounts to M42. Macro focusing rails will also be provided, and a smartphone tripod adapter will be available for macro work, if your phone has a macro mode. Bring your cameras, lenses, and tripods to participate in the shoot. Feel free to bring your own still life objects and macro subjects.
