About this event
Fall is upon us, and changes are happening all around Pinchot Park. Join us for an easy to moderate walk, where we will discuss how trees and animals spend the fall preparing themselves for the long winter ahead. Led by the park naturalist, we will explore the trails in the Conewago Day Use area. This is a free program and is family friendly. Be sure to dress for the weather, with layers for comfort, warmth, and to stay dry! Bring your own water bottle and/or snacks as desired.
Meet the group at the main day use building in the Conewago Day Use area (1202 Alpine Road, Wellsville, PA) in time to begin walking promptly at 1:00 pm. Please call the park office if you have any questions or concerns, especially about the weather conditions.
