November is an excellent time to explore Wildwood Park, one of the most bird‑rich and accessible natural areas in the region. As temperatures cool, waterfowl begin returning to the lake and marsh, sparrows gather along the edges, and woodpeckers stay active throughout the park’s forests and boardwalks.

We’ll follow the flat, easy trails and boardwalk sections at a relaxed pace, stopping often to scan the water, listen for calls, and enjoy the peaceful late‑fall atmosphere. No experience is required — this walk is designed to be welcoming, educational, and enjoyable for everyone.

Whether you’re new to birding or simply looking for a calm morning outdoors, this event offers a perfect way to experience the beauty of Wildwood Park in November.

Logistics & Meeting Point

We’ll meet at the main parking area near the Nature Center (details provided in your confirmation email). Look for The Bird Guy Tours sign near the trail entrance.
