Lia Allen is a relationship marketing strategist, business coach, speaker, and entrepreneur who helps service-based business owners turn everyday conversations into meaningful connections and business opportunities.

With more than 30 years of business experience and five businesses launched and operated, Lia brings practical insight into what it takes to build and grow a business. She founded the Business Marketing Gym, where she combines training, accountability, and community to help entrepreneurs gain clarity, take consistent action, and build relationships that support lasting growth.
